Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 19 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 684.8124 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,643,551 ordinary shares in issue.
