TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 14 November 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 476.0014 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 481.4 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 467 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, and the return to treasury of 19 shares from The International Personal Finance plc Have Your Share Plan, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,843,460 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 232,861,636.
