Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 17 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 678.1136 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,783,051 ordinary shares in issue.
