Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 13 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 675.4301 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,923,151 ordinary shares in issue.
