Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 12 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,400 ordinary shares at an average price of 675.1446 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 450,993,651 ordinary shares in issue.
