TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 7 November 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 100,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 476.2181 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 479.1 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 472.9 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,649,874 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 233,055,222.
