INVITATION TO CAPITAL MARKETS DAY

Essentra plc will hold a Capital Markets Day for investors and analysts on 20 November 2014.  The event will outline the Group's strategy for 2015 and beyond, and will include presentations from the Heads of each of Essentra's geographical regions and Strategic Business Units.  No new trading information relating to 2014 will be disclosed.

The presentations will start at 08:30 (UK time, registration from 08:15), and will be held at The Auditorium, Deutsche Bank, Winchester House, 1 Great Winchester Street, London, EC2 2DB.  It is anticipated that the event will conclude by 13:00.
