Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 4 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,900 ordinary shares at an average price of 689.564 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,414,351 ordinary shares in issue.
