("LTG" or "The Company")

Directorate

The Board of LTG is pleased to announce the appointment of Neil Anthony Elton as Group Finance Director and to the Board with effect from 3 November 2014.

Neil is a 43 year old Chartered Accountant and an experienced listed company Finance Director who has worked with and successfully built a number of fast growing companies. He joins from Sagentia Group plc, a technology research and development company, where he was Group Finance Director from 2010 to 2014. Prior to this, between 2007 to 2010, he was in the same role at Concateno plc, Europe's largest tester of drugs of abuse.

He had various roles at Mecom Group plc, the media investment business which, as Finance Director, he helped list on AIM in 2005.  During the earlier part of his career he worked at Yava group and Mirror Group plc and trained at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte & Touche.

At LTG he will be a key member of the team responsible for executing LTG's acquisition strategy, alongside his day to day executive duties.

Richard Jones, LTG's current Finance Director, will assume the role of Group Financial Controller and step down from the Board with effect from 3 November 2014. With Richard's extensive knowledge of the LTG operating businesses being retained, Neil will be able to focus on strategic and investor related matters.
