AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, has received notification that on 31 October 2014 Mr. Eugene Shvidler, Non-Executive Director of the Company, made purchases of 1,810,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 10 pence per share. Accordingly, Mr Shvidler now has beneficial interests in the Company as shown below:
