Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 3 November  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 693.5678 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,483,251 ordinary shares in issue.
