TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 30 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 150,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 474.2102 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 476 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 468.1 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 6,398,757 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 233,306,339.
