Grant of Share Options

Rosslyn Data Technologies plc (AIM: RDT), a leading provider of a cloud-based enterprise data analytics platform announces that its Board has authorised the grant of options, pursuant to the Rosslyn Data Technologies plc  Enterprise Management Incentive (EMI) Share Option Plan, over an aggregate of 679,546 new Ordinary Shares at an exercise price of 33p per ordinary share of 0.5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares").

The aggregate figure includes a grant of options over 303,030 new Ordinary Shares to Francis Reid, Finance Director. All of the options have been granted with effect from today and vest immediately and are exercisable from now until 10 years from the date of grant.

Following the grant of these options the aggregate interests of Francis Reid in the ordinary share capital of the Company is be as follows:
