The Company was informed that today Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, acquired 500 Ordinary Shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company at a price of 551 pence per share.  Mr Bottrill did not hold any Ordinary Shares prior to this purchase.
