Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 29 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 71,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 670.2856 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 451,692,151 ordinary shares in issue.
