TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 22 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 5,437 ordinary shares at an average price of 469 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 469 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 469 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,940,077 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 233,765,019.
