AGM Statement

John O'Hara, the Chairman, will deliver the following trading update to investors at the Company's first Annual General Meeting, which is due to be held at 11.00 a.m. today:

''It is with great pleasure that I am able to report to our Annual General Meeting that we have made good progress since the IPO earlier this year and the strategy, outlined to investors, is being implemented and is on track.

"Since the start of this financial year, management has been focused on delivering the growth expectations for this year and next. To that end, we have been concentrating our attention on opportunities to partner with other organisations to deliver the RAPid platform to as wide an audience as possible. This process is far from complete but we are extremely satisfied with progress to date. Our US business, Rosslyn Analytics Inc., has signed an initial contract with a global outsourcing company to deliver an analytics solution to one of their clients using the RAPid platform.  Rosslyn believes there are further opportunities for this relationship to develop both in the UK and the US.

"With regard to product development, our team of scientists and developers has recently released two new Apps, Intouch and PRISM. We believe these applications, fully integrated into the RAPid platform, will continue to drive ever more differentiation between us and others.  Intouch, is a new tool from which our clients can tap into all the valuable information that their customers, suppliers and employees hold. PRISM helps data analysts solve the problem of categorising unstructured data, easily and effectively, so that it can be analysed. 

"Finally, I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the employees of the Group who have contributed so much to the rapid growth and development of RDT and also our shareholders for their continuing support."
