Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 22 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 74,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 636.6927 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,018,743 ordinary shares in issue.
