In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14(2),  British Land announces that Pearson plc ("Pearson") has today announced that Tim Score, who is an independent non-executive director of British Land, will be appointed to the Board of Pearson as an independent non-executive director.  The appointment will take effect on 1 January 2015.
