DS Smith Plc ("DS Smith") has been advised that Miles Roberts, Group Chief Executive of DS Smith, has been appointed as a non-Executive Director and Senior Independent Director of Poundland Group plc with effect from 30 October 2014.  As required by the Listing Rules, it is confirmed that there are no other changes to any of the details previously disclosed pursuant to LR 9.6.13 R (1) to (6).
