Confirmation of Quarterly Interim Dividend

Assura, the UK REIT and leading primary care property investor and developer, confirms that the second quarterly interim cash dividend ("October Dividend") for the period from 1 July to 30 September 2014 of 0.45 pence per share will be paid on 5 November 2014 to shareholders on the register on 24 October 2014 (the "Record Date"). The ex-dividend date will be 23 October 2014. No Property Income Distribution ("PID") is included in this interim dividend.

The New Ordinary Shares being issued as part of the recent Firm Placing, Placing and Open Offer and Offer for Subscription will qualify for the October Dividend.
