AFC Energy (AIM: AFC), the industrial fuel cell power company, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement issued on 13 October 2014, the Lanstead Placing Shares and Lanstead Value Shares (as so described in that announcement) totalling 23,100,000 new Ordinary Shares will be admitted to trading at 8.00am on Wednesday 15 October 2014.
