Directors' Dealings

The Company announces that Mr David Williams, a director of the Company, has exercised a put option over 1,000 of the Participation Shares which he holds in the Company's subsidiary Marwyn Materials Investments Limited which were issued in 2008.  Following Mr Williams' exercise of the put option over 1,000 Participation Shares, it is expected that the Participation Shares will be exchanged for 6,767,209 ordinary shares of nil par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). 

Following completion of the above exchange Mr Williams will continue to hold 1,073 Participation Shares and, following the allotment, issue and admission of the new Ordinary Shares required to satisfy the above exchange, he will be interested in 20,479,342 Ordinary Shares, representing 2.02% of the Company's Total Voting Rights.
