Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 13 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 77,100 ordinary shares at an average price of 616.1232 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,552,843 ordinary shares in issue.
