EBT Share Purchase

The Company has been notified by RBC cees Limited, the trustees of the Brooks Macdonald Group Employee Benefit Trust (the "Trust"), that on 01 October 2014 the Trust completed the purchase of 15,000ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,409p.

On 02 October 2014, the Trust acquired a further 25,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,409p.

On 09 October 2014, the Trust acquired a further 7,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company at a price of 1,410p.

Following these purchases the Trust holds 292,196 ordinary shares representing 2.201% of the Company's current voting rights.
