Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 10 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 68,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 620.7974 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 452,629,943 ordinary shares in issue.
