TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 7 October 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 81,100 ordinary shares at an average price of 481.364 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 486.2p pence and the lowest price paid per share was 473.9 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,518,450 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,186,646.
