Notification of a Transaction of a Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 7 October 2014 that Tim Jones, Chairman and Non-Executive Director, has purchased 4,775 Ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 141.25p per share.  4,254 shares are registered in the name of Alpha Trustees Ltd and 521 shares are registered in the name of Rock Nominees.

Following this purchase, which took place on 7 October 2014, Tim Jones has a beneficial interest in 67,270 Ordinary shares of Treatt, being 0.128% of the issued share capital of the Company.
