Computershare Trustees (CI) Limited as trustees of the Grainger plc Employee Share Trust - Trust Two ("EBT") acquired 1,000,000 Grainger plc 5p ordinary shares at a price of 185.44p per share on 1 October 2014.

These shares are being held by the EBT to satisfy share awards arising under Grainger plc's employee share schemes and bring the EBT's total holding to 4,651,092 shares which represents 1.12% of the issued share capital.
