Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 2 October  2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 74,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 641.0785 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,055,943 ordinary shares in issue.
