The Company has been notified that on 30th September 2014 Vivienne Sparks, the Financial Director of the Company, purchased 19,477 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a purchase price of 76.75 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the purchase, Vivienne Sparks is beneficially and non-beneficially interested in 19,477 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.1 per cent. of the current issued share capital of the Company.
