Director/PDMR shareholding

Beazley plc ("the Company") announces that on 30 September 2014, Mrs Angela Crawford-Ingle purchased 7,350 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 273.09p per share.

As at 30 September, Mrs Crawford-Ingle and her connected person/s were interested in 20,850 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.004% of the issued share capital of the Company.

Beazley plc was informed of this transaction on 30 September 2014.
