("Games Workshop" or the "Company")

The Company was informed on 30 September 2014 that Kevin Rountree, COO of Games Workshop, was granted an option to acquire 3,924 ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") in the Company.  This option was granted under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 458.7 pence per share and can be exercised from 1 November 2017 to 30 April 2018.

The Company was also informed on 30 September 2014 that Max Bottrill, Head of Product and Supply and a person discharging managerial responsibility at Games Workshop, was granted an option to acquire 3,924 Ordinary Shares.  This option was granted under the Company's sharesave scheme at an option price of 458.7 pence per share and can be exercised from 1 November 2017 to 30 April 2018.
