Dividend Declaration

Following this morning's announcement of the Company's proposal to pay a maiden dividend, the Board confirms it has filed the relevant documentation with Companies House and has therefore now declared an interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2014 of 0.03p per share. The interim dividend will be paid on 14 November 2014 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 17 October 2014. The ex-dividend date will be 16 October 2014.
