Purchase of Own Securities

On 24 September 2014 Colefax Group Plc bought for cancellation a total of 158,500 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary Shares") representing approximately 1.4 per cent of the voting rights in, and the issued ordinary share capital of, the Company at a price of 370 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following the cancellation of these shares there will be 11,077,500 Ordinary Shares in issue with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote.
