TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 23 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 83,864 ordinary shares at an average price of 499.737 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 514 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 490 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 5,088,628 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 234,616,468.
