Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 24 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,800 ordinary shares at an average price of 687.0363   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,472,843 ordinary shares in issue.
