Trading Update and Chairman Appointment

Jaywing, the data driven insight and creative business, confirms that trading year to date has been in line with management's expectations.  Longer term, prospects remain encouraging following the recent strategic re-structuring and repositioning of our business.

Jaywing is also pleased to announce the appointment of Ian Robinson as Chairman effective from the conclusion of the AGM to be held today. At the same time, Stephen Davidson will become Deputy Chairman.

The Company would like to thank Stephen for his support as Acting Chairman.
