Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 18 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 69,500 ordinary shares at an average price of 683.8752   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,749,243 ordinary shares in issue.
