Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 15 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 678.4024   pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 453,958,643 ordinary shares in issue.
