TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 9 September 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 88,055 ordinary shares at an average price of 517.768 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 523 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 512.5 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,627,729 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,077,367.
