Directorate changes

Liontrust Asset Management Plc ("Liontrust" or the "Company"), the specialist independent fund management group, confirms the retirement of Glyn Hirsch on 9 September 2014, which was announced on 18 June 2014. Liontrust will make further announcements in due course regarding the appointment of a replacement independent Non-executive Director as appropriate and in due course.

Mike Bishop, Senior Independent Director, will, with immediate effect, become Chairman of the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee.

Adrian Collins, Chairman of Liontrust, said: "Glyn joined the Company in 1999 and has made a valuable contribution to its development. On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Glyn for his hard work and tireless commitment to the Company and wish him all the best for the future."
