All the resultant shares were retained by Mr. Roberts. Nigel Webb, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities of the Company exercised options over 5,166 Ordinary Shares, under the Company's Save As You Earn Share Option Scheme, at a price of 301p per share. All the resultant shares were sold at a price of 728p per share on 1 September 2014.
