Holding in Company

Northern Bear announces that on 3 September 2014 it received notification that Mr. Jon Pither, a significant shareholder in the Company, transferred 2,371,114 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") to Surrey Management Services Ltd. on 3 September 2014, a company of which he is a beneficiary (the "Transaction").

In addition, the Company was also notified on 3 September 2014 that Surrey Management Services Ltd. sold 10,000 Ordinary Shares in the market on 2 September 2014. 

Following the Transaction, Mr. Pither remains interested in 3,061,914 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 17.32 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
