Inchcape plc (the "Company"), the leading premium automotive group, announces that on 9 September 2014 it purchased for cancellation from J.P. Morgan Securities plc 70,100 ordinary shares at an average price of 677.2759 pence per share. Following this purchase, the Company has 454,239,343 ordinary shares in issue.
