The Board of Baronsmead VCT 3 plc announces that the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2014 was 110.02p per share.

A second interim dividend of 4.5p per share is payable on 19 September 2014 to members on the register as of 5 September 2014. The second interim dividend of 4.5p per share has not been deducted from the net asset value of the Ordinary Shares at 31 August 2014 as the ex-dividend date is 3 September 2014.
