TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES

International Personal Finance plc announces that on 29 August 2014 it purchased, to be held as treasury shares, 91,300 ordinary shares at an average price of 516.3032 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 520 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 513 pence.

Following the purchase and non-cancellation of these ordinary shares, the number of ordinary shares held as treasury shares is 4,068,515 and the number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) is 235,636,581.
