TOTAL VOTING RIGHTS

In conformity with the Disclosure and Transparency Rules 5.6.1R the Company hereby notifies the market that at the close of business on 29 August 2014:

·              the issued share capital of International Personal Finance plc consisted of 239,705,096 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares");

·              International Personal Finance plc held 4,068,515 Ordinary Shares in Treasury;

·              the total number of voting rights in the Company was therefore 235,636,581.

The above figure, 235,636,581 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
