Premier Foods plc has issued 10,882 additional ordinary shares with voting rights in August 2014.

Therefore the figure of 823,704,905 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Premier Foods plc under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
