The Company has been notified that Philip Bramwell, a Person Discharging Managerial Responsibilities (PDMR), has today disposed of 33,500 ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in BAE Systems plc at a price of 456.4 pence per share.  The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange.
